What began as a shared love of the ocean grew into a desire to help others experience Costa Rica's coastline in a more personal and meaningful way. Not through crowded excursions or rigid itineraries, but through experiences that allow people to connect with the sea, nature, and the people around them.
Based in Playa Panamá, Guanacaste, Delfin Azul offers private coastal experiences designed around what makes this region so special: warm Pacific waters, beautiful bays and beaches, vibrant marine life, and a pace of life that encourages you to slow down and enjoy the moment.

Together, Stéphane and Pierre bring a combination of experience, local knowledge, and genuine hospitality to every outing.
Stéphane helps shape every aspect of the guest experience, from planning and coordination to ensuring each day on the water unfolds smoothly. His attention to detail and welcoming approach help guests feel comfortable from their very first conversation.
Pierre is an active PADI Instructor with more than 24 years of diving experience and a deep appreciation for the marine environment. Over the years, he has introduced countless people to the underwater world and continues to share his passion for the ocean through safe, enjoyable, and memorable experiences.
Working alongside local captain Santos (“Negro”), they share a simple goal: helping guests experience the coast in a way that feels authentic, relaxed, and memorable. Combining a deep appreciation for Costa Rica's coastal lifestyle with the warmth, friendliness, and attentiveness of their Canadian roots, they strive to make every guest feel welcomed from the moment they step aboard.
